About The Role We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Halliburton, focusing on the design and enhancement of Landmark's applications. In this role, you will contribute to creating intuitive workflows and interfaces that enhance usability, clarity, and consistency across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging, functional designs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to influence the user experience of industry-leading software solutions used worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical proficiency, innovative thinking, and collaborative spirit to help shape the future of our digital offerings. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of shipped designs in production environments. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems are essential, along with a solid foundation in interaction and visual design principles. Candidates should have experience developing wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets, along with the ability to participate in usability testing and synthesize user feedback effectively. A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for iterative design are critical. A background in enterprise applications and exposure to research practices and usability methodologies are considered advantageous. A Master’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is a plus. Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI for product features under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring consistency and alignment with design standards.
- Apply design system components uniformly across various projects to maintain visual and functional coherence.
- Develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual assets to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience.
- Collaborate daily with engineers and product managers to integrate design solutions seamlessly into development workflows.
- Contribute to design reviews, team critiques, and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
