• Develop high quality user interface designs that prioritize usability and user engagement
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually appealing designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all elements of the user interface, including layout, typography, color, and iconography
• Present ideas effectively and handle feedback constructively
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into our design process
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

What You Must KnowTechnical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI design work
• Proficiency in Figma for design creation and collaboration
• Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered a strong plus

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Encouragement of feedback and constructive criticism
• Effective presentation skills to communicate design ideas and handle feedback constructively
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporating them into the design process

• Collaboration and teamwork skills for effective communication with product managers, developers, and other team members
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
• Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on user input and usability testing
