Job Description

Posted on: April 29, 2026

About Tech Pipeline: We are a fully remote technology and operations consulting firm. Our work is practical. We help businesses improve the systems, workflows, and digital tools they rely on every day. We are not a product company. We work directly with real clients on real business needs, and the people we hire are given the chance to contribute to meaningful work from the start. The Role: This is a junior position for someone early in their frontend career, with a keen interest in CSS, layout, and interface quality. You will help design and improve web interfaces used for client projects and internal tools. This might include styling pages, enhancing existing components, fixing visual bugs, making interfaces more responsive, and helping bring consistency to the frontend. This role is meant for someone who already possesses a foundation in HTML and CSS and wants to gain real experience in a professional setting. You do not need to know everything on day one. What matters most is that you are eager to learn, pay attention to detail, and accept feedback well. You will be supported by the team and provided with clear direction when necessary, but you should also feel comfortable trying things out, asking questions, and improving over time. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the development and improvement of web interfaces across client and internal projects
  • Writing and updating CSS for pages, components, and common UI patterns
  • Resolving layout, spacing, alignment, and responsive design issues
  • Helping make interfaces clearer, more consistent, and easier to use
  • Collaborating with developers to implement styling and frontend updates
  • Learning how actual frontend work is structured, reviewed, and handed off
  • Contributing to internal tools where frontend presentation is important

You Need to Have:

  • Solid basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Some exposure to JavaScript
  • Grasp of responsive design fundamentals
  • Readiness to work with existing code bases and learn from them
  • Basic experience with Git is a plus, though not essential if you are willing to learn
  • English at a professional working standard
  • Attention to detail and an interest in frontend quality

Nice to Have:

  • Some experience with React or another frontend framework
  • Familiarity with Tailwind, Sass, or a similar styling approach
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility and usability
  • Knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish
  • Any personal, educational, or freelance frontend projects

We are not looking for someone with years of experience. We are seeking someone with a solid foundation, a positive attitude, and the willingness to grow. What Working Here Looks Like:

  • Fully remote
  • Real work on active projects
  • Small team and direct communication
  • Clear responsibilities with room to learn
  • A genuine entry-level opportunity with growth over time

If you are early in your frontend journey and want to build practical experience in real projects, this role could be a strong fit.
