The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain Tableau (preferred) or similar dashboards with clear, actionable insights.
- Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL/Python from Snowflake and other platforms.
- Reporting & Optimization: Streamline reporting systems for efficiency and accessibility.
- Product Insights: Monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, and assess feature performance.
- Experimentation: Design and run experiments to guide product decisions and roadmaps.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align analytics with strategic goals.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Proven Experience: 4–8 years in data and product analytics, delivering actionable insights.
- SQL & Python Mastery: Advanced with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib for analysis and visualization.
- BI & Product Analytics: Tableau/Looker expert; Amplitude (preferred), Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
- Modern Data Stack: Hands-on with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow for warehousing and pipelines.
- Analytical Strength: Hypothesis testing, regression analysis, ETL workflows.
- Excellent Communicator: Clear with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s in Stats/Data (Master’s a plus).
