As an ambitious early-stage company, we’re actively seeking a Business Development Executive to help accelerate our growth. This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings—perfect for high-performing sales professionals who thrive on results and want unlimited income potential. As we grow and build a stable client base, we plan to introduce a competitive base salary to support long-term collaboration and success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to generate leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent the company’s services with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Gather market feedback and contribute to business development strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development
• Demonstrated success in cold outreach and lead generation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven, results-oriented attitude
