We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who knows how to make things not just look good, but work. Someone who gets e-commerce, understands how to design for clicks and conversions, and knows how to thrive in a fast-paced marketing team. You’ll be part of our international creative crew, building campaigns that stand out—and sell. You should be comfortable working across formats: email, paid social, display, and web. Whether you’re polishing a homepage hero or iterating on a landing page, you care about both the craft and the outcome. You’ve also started using AI tools—not as a gimmick, but as a practical way to speed up and scale great design. You’ll work closely with marketing and design to turn ideas into performance-driven creative. What you’ll do:
- Design campaign assets across email, paid media, social, display, and on-site
- Work on end-to-end creative across the customer journey—from awareness to checkout
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma for consistent, fast execution
- Collaborate with marketers, CRO leads, and copywriters to improve design performance
- Stay on top of design trends and apply them to a commercial context
- Own your projects, bring ideas to the table, and iterate quickly based on results
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in digital design, ideally for e-commerce or marketing-led brands
- A portfolio that shows sharp design thinking and an understanding of performance goals
- Solid skills in Figma,Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Uses AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT as part of the creative process—whether that’s generating models with products for ad visuals, or speeding up display ad concepting and copy development
- Understanding of mobile-first and conversion-led design
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting gears quickly
- Strong communicator and team player, able to take feedback and give it
- Clear thinking, self-driven, and organised
- Good command of written and spoken English
Bonus if you:
- Have experience designing for email (Klaviyo or similar)
- Understand what makes a good ad perform across different channels
- Know your way around some basic motion design or video editing
