Amazon & Ecommerce Manager

What you will own

• Amazon end-to-end — Seller Central operations, listings, A+ content, FBA logistics, inventory, and full P&L responsibility
• Amazon PPC strategy — bid management, keyword research, budgets, campaign structure, and ACoS/TACoS optimization
• Cross-team coordination — working with product, logistics, and go-to-market across a small team
• Performance analysis — using customer feedback, returns, and sales data to find problems and make decisions

Who you are

• 3–6+ years managing Amazon end-to-end, ideally at a small brand or an agency that works with consumer brands
• Strong Amazon Ads experience — you have built campaigns from zero, managed budgets, and can share specific ACoS and revenue results you delivered
• Seller Central expertise — listings, FBA, case management, Brand Registry, and the difficult problems the platform creates
• Comfortable working alone — you can design the process, not only follow one
• Fluent English; based in Eastern Europe; available during US working hours
• You use AI tools to work faster — for analysis, reporting, content, and daily tasks
• Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or similar tools is a plus
