Creative Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Graphic Designer. The role may eventually transition to a hybrid role with some in-person work at the Lehi, Utah headquarters. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and artwork for retail products like stickers, paper pads, and innovative paper crafts. Day-to-day tasks will involve working with the Creative Director to understand the client's trend directives, utilize the client's pre-made art assets, find suitable new stock art, and create original art as needed to fulfill the product design brief. The role will also involve creating packaging mockups and presentations to present the products to the client. You may occasionally be asked to design packaging, logos, web graphics, or social media assets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and/or Illustration
• Excellent color theory and typography skills
• Ability to create cohesive collections of designs that work well together and tell a story
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
• Expertise using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines consistently
• Portfolio of previous design work
• Experience in product design or the crafting industry is preferred.
