Our client is a fast-growing construction tech SaaS company transforming the way large building projects are planned and delivered. Their platform digitises procurement and subcontractor collaboration - automating tendering, pricing and workflows that traditionally rely on email, phone and spreadsheets.

Leveraging one of Europe’s largest subcontractor networks and AI-assisted bidding, their software has already processed billions of dollars in construction volume and helps customers cut planning time and boost project margins.

Role Overview

You’ll join as a Product Designer, crafting intuitive enterprise interfaces for a B2B SaaS solution used across complex construction projects, working alongside product and engineering teams from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve user interfaces collaboratively with product and engineering to deliver high-impact experiences
• Influence the product and design culture in a small, fast-moving team
• Lead UX design projects from early exploration through delivery
• Simplify complex problems into clear, elegant user solutions
• Produce detailed specifications and support implementation while championing user needs

Qualifications

• Experience shipping real web products and working closely with engineers under real constraints
• Strong track record creating elegant UI for complex workflows that reached production
• Portfolio demonstrating deep interaction and visual design understanding
• Fluent with tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Excellent communicator of abstract design concepts
• Comfortable with complexity and able to break it down into practical designs
• Self-driven with a hands-on, outcome-oriented attitude
• German and English language proficiency

Nice-to-have

• Experience designing for startups, B2B SaaS or marketplaces
• Skills beyond visual design, including UX research, journey mapping, testing, and interviews
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
