Junior/Mid-Weight Frontend Developer Freelance / Contract

The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating the content, developing, testing, and debugging the Dr Fox website https://www.doctorfox.co.uk. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will work with the Marketing and IT Managers to update clinical content on the website and implement new SEO and Javascript features.

The position is fully remote, only suitable for a self starter and must be located either in Bristol, Bath or the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Updating HTML / TWIG
• Editing and updating JavaScript / CSS
• Ensure the responsive element of the website remains intact.
• Work with the Marketing and IT Managers to deliver changes accurately

Required

• JavaScript
• HTML5
• CSS3
• Familiarity with jQuery, CSS, and responsive web development
• Located in the Bristol/Bath region of the UK
• Experience with git / github / bitbucket

Desirable

• Familirity with Symfony / PHP / Twig
• Symfony 7 and PHP 8
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• JIRA
• Experience in the clinical/medical industry
