About the role

Hello, we're Inovara

We help companies move from AI curiosity to AI capability. We embed in their leadership teams and leave behind the tools, habits and confidence they need to keep going after we leave. Our ethos is simple. Help, not hype. People before prompts.

What we're looking for

A marketer who does the work, then makes it faster. You'll run campaigns, write content, produce video and keep communications moving. You'll also be the one finding where AI tools and automation can take hours out of all of it.

There's no team underneath you to brief. You write the copy, cut the video and build the automation yourself, then show the people around you how to get the same speed out of AI.

You've already built AI into how you market. You can show us the workflows, the prompts and the before and after.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Plan and run digital campaigns end to end, from brief to results.
  • Create content and communications across channels, including video.
  • Bring AI tools and automation into everyday marketing workflows so the same work takes less time and comes out better.
  • Show colleagues how to use those tools, and write the workflows down so they stick when you're not in the room.
  • Own your work. When something blocks you, find a way round it or ask the right question early.
  • Work with colleagues across several countries and cultures, much of it in writing.
  • Challenge us when something doesn't ring true. If a message overstates what we can back up, say so.

What you won't own: overall marketing strategy and brand direction. That sits with the leadership team, though you'll have plenty of input.

A bit more about you

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, hands-on rather than working with agencies.
  • Strong AI skills you can show through examples or a portfolio and a real appetite to keep learning (the tools change constantly).
  • Experience across communications and content, including video.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Positive, proactive, collaborative and solution-focused. A real team player. You'd rather fix a problem than describe it.
  • You know when to ask and when to just get on with it. You don't need, or want, to be micromanaged.
  • Comfortable working with people from different cultures, and you don't take a one-line reply personally.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held. You can disagree without talking down to anyone.
  • The day is done when the work is done. Some days finish early, the odd urgent one runs late, and the flexibility goes both ways.
  • You're looking for something to build and grow with, rather than a short gig to try out.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is equally welcome.
  • Direct Selling experience is a plus, not a requirement. An open mind about the model matters more.

Nice to have

  • Building automations in Zapier, Make or n8n
  • Video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Descript
  • Marketing for purpose-led or values-driven brands
  • Running campaigns across several international markets at once
  • A second language

How this process works

We'd rather see what you've built than read about it, so there's a practical element in the process.

  1. Intro call, 30 minutes
  2. Portfolio walkthrough. Show us two or three AI workflows you've built, what they replaced and what changed.
  3. Final conversation with the team you'd be working alongside

What we're offering

A hands-on role where your AI skills change how a whole marketing function works.

A freelance, fully remote engagement of around 3 days a week, with more available when it's busy, at a day rate to be confirmed.

Direct access to senior leadership.

Interested? Get in touch

If this sounds like it was made for you, apply through LinkedIn or our website and tell us:

  • where you're based and your time zone
  • your day rate
  • two or three examples of AI in your marketing work (links, screenshots or a short Loom all work)

Then a few sentences on each of these:

  • You're handed a vague request late on a Friday with no brief. What do you do first?
  • A colleague in another country replies to your detailed email with one line and no thank you. How do you feel about that?
  • You think a message the business wants to publish overstates the truth. What do you do?

If it doesn't sound like you, but you still like the sound of Inovara, drop us a line anyway. We're hiring in all sorts of positions across the business.
