We’re hiring: Graphic Designer (Beauty / Wellness / Industry-led brands)

Inside Industry is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a graphic designer who gets the professional beauty space — or is hungry to learn it properly.

This role is for someone who can translate strategy into design. Someone who understands that good creative isn’t just aesthetic — it drives perception, credibility, and action.

About the work

You’ll be working across a mix of industry-led brands, educators, platforms and campaigns — often B2B, often thought-leadership driven, always intentional.

Think:

  • Brand systems and visual identities
  • Social content (static + simple motion) that doesn’t feel templated
  • Campaign assets, launch creative, and digital collateral
  • Presentation decks, PDFs, lead magnets, and educational materials
  • Occasional website and landing page assets (no heavy dev required)

You’ll be collaborating closely with the founder on creative briefs that are very clear on strategy, positioning and tone — so your job is to bring the thinking to life visually.

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Have strong layout, typography and hierarchy skills (this is non-negotiable)
  • Can design for premium, professional, credibility-led brands — not just “pretty beauty”
  • Understand how to adapt one idea across multiple formats and platforms
  • Are confident taking a brief and elevating it visually
  • Care about consistency, systems and brand longevity
  • Are comfortable working across multiple clients and projects
  • Can take feedback without ego and iterate quickly

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in beauty, wellness, education or B2B brands
  • Understand how design supports funnels (TOF / MOF / BOF)
  • Can do light animation or motion (Reels covers, story frames, simple loops)
  • Have worked with brand guidelines and know how to both respect and extend them

The practical bits:

  • Part-time (with room to grow)
  • Remote (big fans of WFH - drop your kids to school, grab a coffee and open your laptop)
  • You’ll be supported with strong creative direction, clear briefs, and realistic timelines
