1. Marketing & Growth (B2C)
● Plan and execute micro-influencer campaigns end-to-end.
● Identify, negotiate with, and manage creators.
● Build and maintain a monthly influencer and content calendar.
● Coordinate with Meta Ads and Google Ads management teams to align campaigns, creatives, and tracking.
● Work closely with the Social Media Management (SMM) team to ensure consistent and effective content distribution.
● Improve existing lead flow and optimize existing pipeline.
● Manage WhatsApp, Google/Trustpilot reviews, FB Groups, Reddit etc.
2. Brand Building & Trust Development
● Collect and publish video testimonials and written case studies from successful clients.
● Build and maintain a “Trust Center” on the website featuring proof, stats, and success stories.
● Publish approval statistics, outcomes, and performance summaries across web and social channels.
● Coordinate weekly livestreams and Q&A sessions with attorneys or internal experts.
● Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
3. Sales Enablement
● Collaborate with the sales/closing team to understand objections and pipeline needs.
● Create and maintain sales support materials: FAQs, comparison charts, proof decks, objection-handling docs, and case compilations.
● Design and optimize pre-call warm-up content and follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates.
● Work with product and operations teams to ensure offers and messaging are clearly represented in marketing assets and funnels.
4. B2B Campaigns & Partnerships
● Design and execute B2B campaigns aimed at consulting firms, HR teams, and companies hiring international talent.
● Create outreach strategies and materials to position Jinee as a visa support and immigration partner for firms and companies.
● Target consulting firms and offer them Jinee’s resources and visa support for their talent and clients.
● Target company HR, talent acquisition leads, and business leaders to offer immigration support, including positioning O-1 and similar options as strategic alternatives or complements to H-1B.
● Build outbound lists, outreach messaging, and follow-up workflows tailored to B2B audiences.
● Develop pitch decks and partnership proposals for corporate and consulting partners.
5. Talent Bridge (Staffing) and HR Consulting
● Support the development of the Talent Bridge arm (staffing and talent placement) by identifying companies needing specialized talent and international hires.
● Coordinate the matching of Jinee’s candidate pool with partner company requirements. ● Assist in defining and marketing HR consulting services for companies (global talent acquisition, international hiring guidance, visa advisory support). ● Help structure and promote joint offerings where Jinee provides immigration support alongside clients’ internal HR or consulting services.
6. Community & Collaboration Management
● Build and manage partnerships with WhatsApp and Telegram group admins in relevant communities (tech, international talent, immigration-focused groups).
● Develop and manage collaborations with universities, bootcamps, and education providers for webinars, workshops, and informational sessions.
● Manage collaborations with law firms and other complementary companies to offer pre-filing support, filing support, and joint service offerings.
● Create and maintain a centralized collaboration calendar for law firms, partner firms, consulting partners, and community partners.
● Ensure regular communication, follow-up, and performance tracking of all partnership activities.
7. Reporting & Analytics
● Track and report on key performance indicators including lead volume, CAC, influencer ROI, B2B outreach activity, and funnel performance.
● Maintain dashboards and weekly reports for leadership, with clear recommendations for optimization. Requirements Must-Have
● Proven experience in marketing or growth roles with clear execution responsibilities.
● Experience managing influencer or creator campaigns.
● Experience coordinating with Meta Ads and Google Ads management teams.
● Experience working with SMM or social media management teams.
● Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, or outbound campaigns.
● Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Nice-to-Have
● Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR tech, or professional services.
● Exposure to immigration, legal services, or online education sectors.
● Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, etc.).
● Experience running webinars or co-branded campaigns with partner organizations.
● Understanding of brand development and strategic positioning.
