About the Role

We are seeking a creative and user-focused Digital Experience Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital products and experiences for customers across web and mobile platforms.

You will be responsible for shaping end-to-end user journeys, improving usability, and collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Improve UX/UI consistency and design system standards
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Optimize user journeys based on data, feedback, and testing insights
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design best practices (WCAG standards)
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, HCI, or related field
• 4–7+ years of experience in digital product design or UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital experience work
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Familiarity with design systems and agile product environments
• Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently within Australia-based teams
