A high-growth SaaS startup is looking for a hands-on Senior UX/UI Designer to help build and scale a platform transforming the tax and accounting industry through AI.

With a clear 3-year growth strategy and ambitions for a meaningful exit, the business is automating complex workflows that traditionally take hours of manual effort, creating a product that's aiming to be 10x better than anything else in the market.

Package: £55-60k + 50% Bonus + Equity (EMI)

Working closely with Product, Engineering and the founders, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, helping turn complex tax and compliance processes into intuitive, engaging and commercially successful software.

The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for:

Owning UX and UI design across the platform.

Creating intuitive user journeys for complex workflows and AI-driven experiences.

Conducting user research, gathering feedback and validating design decisions.

Producing wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

Working closely with Product and Engineering to bring new features to market.

Helping shape a design-led culture within a fast-growing startup.

The Senior UX/UI Designer must have:

Proven experience designing successful B2B SaaS products.

Strong UX and UI design skills across web-based platforms.

Experience working within AI, FinTech, RegTech, TaxTech or other regulated environments.

A startup mentality and builder mindset.

Ability to simplify complex workflows and create exceptional user experiences.

Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
