ISIANOLA is seeking a highly connected freelance wholesale consultant to support the next stage of brand growth.

(Freelance / Part-Time / Commission-Based)
Remote / Paris preferred
Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance consultant with an existing network in luxury fashion, contemporary accessories, concept stores & buyers to help expand ISIANOLA’s wholesale and strategic retail presence.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about emerging luxury brands who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, and helping shape the growth trajectory of an independent fashion house.
This role is commission-based and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
Wholesale Development
* Identify and approach aligned retailers, boutiques, and concept stores
* Introduce ISIANOLA to buyers and wholesale decision-makers
* Support retail partnership conversations and negotiations
* Assist with showroom and sales appointments where relevant
* Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts
* Support expansion into strategic international markets
Brand Representation
* Present the ISIANOLA universe professionally and consistently
* Communicate the brand positioning, product story, and founder vision
* Ensure all outreach aligns with the luxury image of the brand
Market Intelligence
* Share industry insights, competitor observations, and retail opportunities
* Advise on market positioning and wholesale strategy where relevant
Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
* Existing relationships with luxury or contemporary fashion retailers & buyers
* Experience in wholesale, showroom sales, fashion business development, or key account management
* Strong understanding of the luxury fashion ecosystem
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Interest in emerging designer brands and fashion storytelling
* Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven approach
Experience within accessories, leather goods, footwear, or contemporary fashion is highly valued.
Compensation Structure
This is a freelance commission-based role.
Compensation may include:
* Commission on wholesale orders secured
* Performance-based bonuses
* Strategic partnership incentives
