We are looking for a Brand Designer who gets excited about building identities from the ground up. This person is a systems thinker with a strong visual craft, someone who can translate a company's ambition into a cohesive brand world that shows up beautifully across every touchpoint. You love the process as much as the output, and you know how to bring clients along for the ride.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of brand identities for clients across a range of industries, including logo systems, typography, color, iconography, illustration style, and visual language.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and asset libraries that give clients everything they need to show up consistently after the engagement ends.
• Apply brand systems across a wide range of deliverables including pitch decks, social templates, print collateral, packaging, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with web and product designers to ensure brand identity translates effectively into digital environments.
• Present brand concepts to clients with confidence, articulating the thinking behind creative decisions and navigating feedback with clarity.
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals by helping visualize creative direction and agency capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in brand design, with meaningful experience in an agency or studio environment. A portfolio showing full identity systems across multiple clients and industries is required.
• Creative Vision: A distinctive point of view and a sophisticated eye for typography, color, and composition. You push beyond safe and expected.
• Systems Thinking: You don't just design logos, you build flexible, extensible brand systems that hold up in the real world.
• Multitasker: Comfortable handling multiple client engagements at different phases simultaneously.
• Communication: Confident and articulate when presenting work, skilled at building client trust and walking a room through a creative rationale.
• Organization & Detail: Meticulous about file organization, handoff documentation, and making sure every delivered asset is production-ready.
• Extreme Ownership Mentality: You take ownership of the full brand experience, not just the deliverables in your immediate scope.
• AI Forward: Using AI tools to explore directions faster and push ideation further during the creative process.
• Sense of Humor: Warm, collaborative, and fun to work with even when projects get complicated.
• "That Dog": Always studying great brand work, constantly raising your own bar, and ready to go the extra mile when a client or project deserves it.
