Job Description Join Aios Medical as a senior Product Designer owning end-to-end projects across customer-facing mobile apps and complex internal clinical tools. Reporting to the Head of Product Design (ex-McKinsey), you will translate loosely defined problems into high-impact solutions within a high-growth, regulated environment, driving the design vision for a future trillion-dollar healthcare leader. What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for the customer-facing mobile app, enhancing the patient journey for GLP-1 treatments.
• Architect and optimize internal clinical and operations tools to streamline complex workflows for medical, enrollment, and CX teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define solutions that balance user needs with rigorous regulatory and commercial constraints.

The ideal candidate

• Has 3+ years of experience designing digital products, specifically customer-facing mobile apps or sophisticated internal tooling at scale.
• Demonstrates a robust portfolio showcasing the ability to solve complex problems within technical limitations and highly regulated environments.
• Exhibits a "maniacal sense of urgency" and high autonomy, comfortable defending design decisions in a fast-paced, founder-led startup culture.
