Company Description
We are a performance-driven digital marketing team specialising in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. Our focus is building high-converting creative for paid media, brand assets, and digital campaigns across Meta, landing pages, and e-commerce ecosystems.
We work with fast-growing brands and are looking for a creative designer who understands both design and performance marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing high-quality visual assets quickly, experimenting with creative concepts, and leveraging AI tools to produce world-class visuals at scale.Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Graphic Designer specialising in DTC creative and AI-assisted design workflows.
You will be responsible for designing high-impact creative assets for digital advertising and brand marketing, including:
- Meta ads and paid social creative
- Social media graphics
- Infographics and promotional visuals
- Brand assets and design systems
- Landing page visuals
- Email marketing graphics
A core part of the role involves using advanced AI image generation tools to rapidly prototype and produce high-quality visuals that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all creative assets support campaign performance, maintain brand consistency, and resonate with the target audience.
Responsibilities
• Design high-converting creative for paid ads, especially Meta platforms
• Produce graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
• Follow and maintain brand kits, typography systems, and visual identity guidelines
• Use AI visual generation tools to create custom imagery, product visuals, and campaign concepts
• Rapidly test and iterate creative concepts for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align design with messaging and campaign strategy
• Maintain organised design files and creative systems
• Optimise creative assets for various digital platforms
QualificationsDesign Skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and branding work
• Experience designing assets for DTC brands or e-commerce companies
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design for performance marketing and conversion-focused creativeAI Creative Tools
Experience using AI visual generation tools for creative production, including platforms such as:
• Higgsfield AI
• Nano
• Banana
• Gemini
• Midjourney / similar AI image generation platforms
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to:
• Write effective prompts for AI image generation
• Produce high-quality visuals using AI tools
• Refine and iterate AI-generated images for brand alignment
• Integrate AI outputs into professional design workflows
Software
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma or equivalent design platforms
• AI creative tools and prompt-based design platforms

• Understands the visual style of modern DTC brands
• Can move quickly and produce large volumes of high-quality creative
• Knows how to combine AI tools with traditional design workflows
• Pays close attention to detail and brand consistency
• Enjoys testing new creative concepts and visual approaches
Bonus Skills
• Experience designing Meta ads or performance marketing creatives
• Experience working with e-commerce brands (Shopify, DTC brands)
• Motion graphics or short-form video editing
