This creative leadership role is focused on shaping the visual identity and motion storytelling of a fast-moving, live content environment. As Art Director, Video, you will define how a brand comes to life across livestreams, social media, and digital touchpoints through high-impact motion graphics and video production. You will be responsible for setting a cohesive visual system that elevates audience engagement and ensures consistency across all video output. This is a highly hands-on role where you will both design and direct, working across fast-turnaround content, live productions, and strategic creative initiatives. You will collaborate closely with producers, designers, and content teams to transform ideas into compelling visual narratives. The role is ideal for a dynamic creative who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable visual systems while actively contributing to execution. Accountabilities

• Define and own the visual direction for video and motion content across livestreams, social media, and digital channels
• Develop cohesive motion systems including intros, outros, stingers, lower-thirds, and branded video assets
• Lead video editing and creative execution across multiple formats such as livestream recaps, social clips, ads, and promotional content
• Establish and maintain high standards for short-form video storytelling, optimizing for engagement and audience retention
• Direct and mentor a Senior Graphic Designer, ensuring consistency and evolution of motion and static design systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling
• Manage creative workflows from concept to final delivery, balancing hands-on production with strategic oversight
• Build scalable design systems, templates, and workflows to improve production efficiency and consistency
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and rapid turnaround requirements
• Stay current with motion design trends, live production techniques, and AI-driven creative tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or art direction roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video storytelling, motion graphics, and multi-platform content creation
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Experience building and maintaining visual systems across digital content ecosystems
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement in both short-form and long-form video
• Proven ability to produce high-quality creative assets under fast-paced and deadline-driven conditions
• Experience managing or supervising at least one designer or creative contributor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders around creative vision
• Excellent design fundamentals including typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to balance creative direction with hands-on execution
