Head of Interfaces - REMOTE

• Lead multiple product engineering teams (~15+ engineers)
• Set and maintain clear roadmaps aligned with Product priorities
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development across teams
• Maintain high engineering standards and issue tracking
• Partner closely with Design and Product teams
• Shape the end-to-end developer experience

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Experience with hiring and scaling teams
• A firm perspective on developer experience and tooling
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks and SDK design
• Experience managing remote, global teams
• Excellent communication skills across functions
• Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach
