This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Eventbrite, Inc. We are currently looking for a Product Designer II in United States. This role offers the opportunity to design intuitive, impactful user experiences that enhance how people create and attend events. You'll take ownership of end-to-end design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring thoughtful, accessible, and scalable solutions to life. Your work will help shape a platform used by millions, with the chance to influence strategy, refine design systems, and mentor others.   • Take full ownership of design projects, from discovery to final implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and co-create innovative solutions
  • Solve complex UX problems by delivering polished, accessible, and scalable designs
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional partners, influencing product direction
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and high quality across experiences
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and research findings
  • Support a culture of design excellence by mentoring junior designers and sharing best practices

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Strong skills across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
  • Systems thinker with experience designing for complex workflows and product ecosystems
  • Proficient in using research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions
  • Effective collaborator with experience working alongside PMs, engineers, and researchers
  • Confident in articulating design decisions and aligning teams around shared goals
  • High attention to detail and passion for delivering user-centered, accessible, and elegant solutions
  • Fluency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Framer or Principle
  • Growth mindset with a passion for iteration and continuous improvement

  • Experience with interaction/motion design and complex information architecture systems
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices
  • Background mentoring junior designers and contributing to design culture initiatives
