This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in the United States. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive, impactful, and visually engaging digital experiences for customer-facing products. You will transform complex challenges into elegant, user-friendly designs while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research teams. This role blends hands-on design execution with strategic thinking, allowing you to influence product direction and long-term design vision. You will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and QA, while ensuring consistency across products. Your work will directly enhance usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction, all within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.   • Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end product design, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, flows, and detailed design specifications.
  • Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver shippable designs, ensuring quality and alignment with technical and business constraints.
  • Define and maintain a design vision, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and alignment exercises to build consensus and drive product innovation.
  • Communicate and present design work clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and occasionally to customers.
  • Contribute to usability testing, iterate on designs based on feedback, and ensure accessibility and consistency across products.
  • Support the adoption and evolution of design standards and processes within a distributed, cross-functional team.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and end-to-end product design capabilities.
  • Experience leading design sprints and collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design).
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences for non-technical users.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort taking calculated risks, learning iteratively, and balancing perfection with speed.
  • Experience working with AI, machine learning, or geospatial data is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities, with a bias toward action.
