This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer in the United States. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of web and product experiences, combining user research, interaction design, and visual execution to deliver high-quality, intuitive interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design, shaping both client-facing products and internal design systems. You will contribute to brand consistency, usability, and accessibility while mentoring junior designers and driving design best practices. This position offers the opportunity to impact multiple products and web experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment. Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute information architecture, interaction design, and UI for web and product experiences
  • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for testing and developer handoff
  • Lead end-to-end website design, including responsive UI, basic SEO, performance, and accessibility considerations
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, translating brand strategy into consistent UI components and patterns
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to define objectives and communicate design vision
  • Mentor junior designers, promote best practices, and champion user-centered, accessible, and performant design

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience combining UI and UX design skills with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing web and mobile products
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (Design, FigJam, Slides, Make), modern prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience creating, managing, and evolving design systems
  • Strong UX research skills, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Knowledge of user-centric design principles, web and mobile standards, and accessibility best practices
  • Basic familiarity with Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind)
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bonus: startup experience, knowledge of SEO and web optimization, experience mentoring designers, and familiarity with generative AI in design workflows
