UI/UX Designer (Remote from US)

You will collaborate closely with product and development teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. • Translate customer needs and business requirements into user journeys and intuitive interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design assets for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to research, design, and iterate on new features.
• Maintain and implement design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Present and communicate design decisions effectively to peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs align with usability best practices, accessibility standards, and visual consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused design.
• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools, with access to a Mac preferred.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and documenting design guidelines.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple design projects.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a sense of humor.
