Role: Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Payout: $50 - $120/hour

Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and scale modern web applications end-to-end. In this role, you will work across React on the frontend and Node.js, Python, or Go on the backend to deliver high-impact features. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features from design to deployment and enjoys working in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build responsive, accessible UIs with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Design and implement APIs using Node.js, Python (FastAPI or Django), or Go.

- Model data and optimize queries across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Deploy services on AWS, GCP, or Vercel with CI/CD.

- Collaborate with product and design to ship features on a regular cadence.

- Debug, monitor, and improve application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

- Strong React experience (hooks, context, state management).

- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, or Go).

- Comfort with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- REST or GraphQL API design experience.

- Strong written communication for async teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Next.js, Remix, or similar meta-frameworks.

- Exposure to LLMs or AI-powered feature integration.

- Serverless, edge functions, or microservices experience.

- SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce domain background.

- Familiarity with Tailwind, shadcn/ui, or design systems.
