- As a Senior Staff UX Designer within the Digital Technology Experience Design (DTXD) organization, you serve as a strategic design leader shaping the endtoend experience for our GoToMarket (GTM) ecosystem. You define and evolve the experience vision across interconnected workflows including sales, legal, revenue operations, and crossfunctional business systems ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
- This role requires deep systems thinking, strong product intuition, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate high ambiguity. You influence multiproduct strategy, drive complex initiatives, mentor designers, and elevate design excellence across DTXD.

- Define, influence, and evolve the longterm UX vision across GTM and related Legal workflows, aligning design strategy with business priorities and user needs.
- Deliver innovative, endtoend design solutions for complex user journeys spanning multiple products, systems, and organizational boundaries.
- Create holistic frameworks, principles, and guidelines that help standardize the user experience across the GTM ecosystem and scale quality across teams.
Systems Thinking & HighImpact Execution
- Take a systems-level view of the GTM experience, designing not only user interfaces but also the workflows, processes, and operational realities behind them.
- Develop scalable design languages, service blueprints, and multi-product frameworks that deliver cohesive experiences across enterprise tools.
- Evaluate and adapt the approach amid high ambiguity, navigating trade-offs, technical constraints, and parallel workstreams.
CrossFunctional Leadership
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, product, engineering, UX research, business analysts, and change management leaders to shape requirements and drive alignment across GTM initiatives.
- Lead complex, crossfunctional projects with significant visibility and impact, influencing decisions at multiple levels.
- Communicate design strategy, rationale, and decisions clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders, ensuring adoption of a usercentered mindset across teams.
Design Execution & Craft
- Produce polished, detailed design deliverables including user flows, service blueprints, wireframes, highfidelity mockups, and documentation for engineering handoff.
- Apply strong systems thinking, accessibility, and workflowlevel coherence to ensure consistently highquality design outcomes across multiple products.
- Ensure design decisions balance user value, business goals, technical constraints, and enterprise scalability.
Thought Leadership Champion best practices, advocate for design's role in the product lifecycle, and cultivate a highperforming design culture in collaboration with DTXD leadership. Represent GTM design expertise across the organization. Why This Role Matters

- Skills:
- Deep mastery of UX design, systems thinking, and service design across enterprisescale workflows.
- Strong ability to simplify complexity and make ambiguous problems actionable and clear.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to influence senior leaders and crossfunctional partners.
- Skilled in Figma and experienced with enterprise design systems and offtheshelf product constraints.
- Comfortable driving multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and momentum.
GTMSpecific Expertise (Nice to have)
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, seller workflows, revenue operations, and/or legal contracting workflows.
- Experience designing for enterprise CRM and GTMcritical systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ platforms, or leadtocash tools.
- Understanding of how GTM functions intersect: marketing, sales development, account executives, renewals, deal desks, and Legal stakeholders.
Education:
- 10+ years of UX/product design experience, with a significant portion focused on enterprise workflows or complex system design.
- Proven track record of leading crossfunctional initiatives and shaping multiproduct user experience strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Design, or an equivalent field (or equivalent practical experience).
