The Role:

We’re hiring our first dedicated Growth Marketer - someone who blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation, and who loves turning insights into measurable results. This is a rare opportunity to shape demand generation from the ground up and influence product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

You’ll build our growth engine, test rapidly, instrument everything, and work directly with the founders to scale a category-defining company.

What You’ll Do:Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Build and own a full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, email, partnerships, and experiments.
  • Develop and manage high-velocity testing frameworks across landing pages, creative, funnels, and messaging…all in the pursuit of CRO.
  • Lead GTM experimentation for new products and new markets (we’re launching multiple verticals).
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track CAC, channel performance, activation, and conversion funnels. Looker / Looker Studio experience; Supermetrics is a plus.

Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Identify and scale channels with the best LTV/CAC profiles; cut what doesn’t work.
  • Build and refine SEO & AEO strategies, growing high-intent organic traffic.

Brand & Messaging

  • Develop clear, compelling narratives that differentiate Just in a crowded services ecosystem.
  • Partner with Product and Design on positioning, landing pages, and content that drive action.
  • Ensure our voice is crisp, confident, and aligned with our mission of modernizing professional services.

Collaboration & Company Building

  • Work directly with founders to forecast growth and shape company strategy.
  • Partner with Sales and Product to uncover insights and build cross-functional playbooks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-8+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a high-growth tech company.
  • Track record of owning pipelines and delivering measurable, compounding results.
  • Strong analytical skill set: Comfortable with funnel modeling, attribution and data tools. 
  • Acumen and familiarity in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), especially the ability to implement GTM properly and set up conversion tracking and pixel tracking.
  • Equally creative and quantitative: You can write compelling copy and build a CAC model.
  • Experience with multi-channel experimentation (SEO, paid media, CRO, email, partnerships, etc.).
  • Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and love of rapid testing cycles.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of B2B buyer psychology.
  • Hunger for ownership: You want meaningful equity and a seat at the table, not a maintenance role.
