Web Designer

Kreativa Group, a creative and marketing based in Miami and Los Angeles, is seeking a talented and innovative Senior Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for beautiful yet functional design, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories. This role involves collaborating with our internal team members and our clients to produce high-quality design assets that resonate with our clients' target audiences and align with Kreativa Group's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and produce a wide range of digital creative assets, including: websites, landing pages, banner ads, presentations, social graphics, and email campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our creative offerings.
• Manage projects (usually no more than two simultaneously) from concept through completion.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design and technology to keep Kreativa Group at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications: 

• US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (recommended).
• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiar with Canva.
• Illustration experience a plus.
• Experience in one or both of the following web platforms - Webflow, Shopify.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative projects. Must provide link to portfolio as only candidates with previous work to show will be considered.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for design, innovation, and learning.
