Digital Technologies Senior Manager - Project Management.

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Technologies Senior Manager - Project Management. to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Aerospace & Defense environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually Responsibilities

• Lead and drive large-scale, complex digital technology projects with proactive ownership
• Align projects with the strategic vision of the organization as a trusted advisor
• Build collaborative relationships with digital and functional executive sponsors
• Navigate political landscapes among senior leaders in the organization
• Oversee all project management fundamentals including schedules, key decisions and risks
• Drive project delivery cadence, blending Agile and waterfall techniques as needed
• Deliver compelling updates to senior leaders, illustrating project value and progress

Qualifications

• Typically a university degree and 10 years prior experience or an Advanced Degree with 7 years experience, or 14+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of project management experience overseeing digital technology software development or infrastructure initiatives
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale projects involving complex enterprise systems like ERP or Payroll
• 3+ years of experience collaborating on concurrent enterprise projects, managing dependencies and resources
• 3+ years of experience building and managing schedules in MS Project
