Senior Readiness Designer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Readiness Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape executive-level presentations and high-visibility storytelling that support major organizational moments. You will translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives, strengthen content readiness, and help create a consistent visual system for senior audiences across the organization.

The position requires close partnership with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to sharpen messaging, align inputs, and deliver polished materials for strategic reviews, launches, events, and customer-facing moments. You will also bring an innovative mindset to content development, including the use of AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own executive presentation design and storytelling for high-visibility moments
• Transform complex information into clear narratives for executives and customers
• Partner with senior leaders to tailor messages and storytelling approaches
• Drive content readiness for key organizational moments from inception to delivery
• Create a consistent visual and storytelling system across the organization
• Build scalable templates for recurring communications and strategic reviews
• Showcase customer impact and the role of Customer Success in outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop cohesive stories and inputs
• Support major organizational and brand initiatives, including launches and events
• Explore innovative, AI-enabled approaches to enhance content development
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presentation design, visual storytelling, or communications design
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional visual storytelling and executive presentation design
• Ability to simplify complex information into compelling narratives for senior audiences
• Experience creating high-visibility presentations for executives or senior audiences
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong grasp of information hierarchy, layout, typography, and data visualization
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders in fast-paced environments
• Strong business judgment to understand the purpose behind content
