Staff Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,840 – $182,300 annually Responsibilities

• Collect and translate business requirements into user stories with engineering teams
• Drive product planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders
• Communicate product vision and obtain buy-in from stakeholders
• Launch products and enable sales teams for adoption and growth
• Conduct data-driven reviews to assess product performance against goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
• Track record of launching successful products and strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Technical understanding of UI/UX design combined with big-picture thinking
• Proactive in managing priorities and complex challenges
• Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
