We're looking for an organized, AI-forward Marketing Coordinator to help run and scale a growing B2B marketing engine. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building processes, coordinating projects, and making sure marketing initiatives move forward.

What You'll Do

• Run our content system. Take source material—webinars, articles, customer stories, and expert interviews—and turn it into content across LinkedIn, email, blogs, and our website using AI tools. Route outputs, schedule posts, and keep the engine turning.
• Coordinate our vendors. Work with our SEO, web/design, content, and advertising partners to keep projects aligned, on track, and moving forward.
• Own the funnel dashboard. Track leads, MQLs, SQLs, cost-per-lead, and marketing performance. Report on what's working, what's not, and where improvements can be made.
• Project manage key initiatives. Help drive website updates, marketing campaigns, content calendars, and other projects to completion.
• Manage the marketing tech stack. Support HubSpot, analytics platforms, scheduling tools, reporting dashboards, and light automation efforts.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing, marketing operations, or project coordination experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Comfortable working with marketing analytics and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Non-Negotiable

You actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms as part of your daily workflow. We're looking for someone who is excited about helping build an AI-powered marketing engine—not someone who's just curious about AI.

Nice to Have

• B2B marketing experience
• WordPress familiarity
• GA4, SEO, or Google Ads exposure
• Experience working in the IT/ Tech field.
