This person will be someone that thrives in the details of tokens, variables, component architecture, and Figma execution. Responsibilities Build and maintain tokens, including color, spacing, typography, radius, elevation, and overlays in Figma Create scalable, reusable components and modules following atomic methodology Translate brand and functional user interface designs into systemized variables and repeatable logic Partner with engineering on naming conventions, token ingestion, and handoff precision Run visual QA for system-level components to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance Participate in design system sprint cycles We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills And Requirements 5+ years of experience within UI/UX/product design 2+ recent years focused on building enterprise design systems from scratch Experience building design systems at scale (B2C applications, e-commerce, enterprise) Expert level experience within FIGMA - variables, variants, libraries, auto layout Extensive knowledge of design tokens, semantic layers, and component modularity Experience with Token Studio, Style Dictionary, or other token tooling pipelines Experience supporting multi-platform systems (iOS, Web, Android) Prior enterprise experience in QSR, retail, or high-growth digital teams If you have questions about this posting, please contact support@lensa.com
