Senior Amazon Account Manager (Europe-based)

About the role

We are looking for a focused, driven Amazon Account Manager/ Brand Manager. The ideal candidate stays on top of Amazon’s marketing trends and has experience with Amazon listings (including flat file expertise), product research, and Amazon software tools. You will be required to manage key client accounts, upload new content on Amazon listings, and work with design, sales, and other Lezzat team members to complete client projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Uploading listings to Clients’ Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts

• Uploading new content the team provides to seller central or vendor central of the client account

• Doing regular checks on our Amazon Seller Central accounts for any policy violations or account health warnings

• Doing regular audits of our product listings to ensure proper operations

• Inventory Forecast and Review Management

• Communicate with clients (e.g., questions about shipping, content revisions, etc.)

• Staying informed with Amazon’s best practices, new trends and technologies, and platform updates

• Inspecting landing pages, product information, and all other listings to check if they conform to your checklist

Preferred skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working as an Amazon Account Manager or Amazon VA.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with clients

• BSc/BA in Business and/or Marketing from an English-speaking institute preferred

• Solid organizational skills in timelines, tasks, and documentation across multiple accounts

• Expert knowledge of Amazon flat file upload (Seller Central & Vendor Central)

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (expert in Excel)

• Experience using project management platforms (Trello)

• Able to analyze workload and tasks to estimate turnaround times

• Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Analytical skills

• Research and Problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skill

• Most importantly be passionate about communicating and helping others

Nice to have

• Amazon account suspensions & disputes knowledge

• Amazon FBA disbursement & shipping plans knowledge

• Expert in PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring the performance of all Amazon campaigns
