We’re seeking a Digital & Social Media Graphic Designer on behalf of our client to create engaging visual content across social, digital, and paid media channels. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with a strong emphasis on social graphics, short‑form video, motion, and digital ad creative.
The designer will support a national, multi‑brand organization and should be comfortable managing creative across multiple brands while maintaining clear brand standards and visual consistency. Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or other regulated, service‑based industries is strongly preferred.Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital and social media graphics across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Edit and produce short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), including basic motion graphics, captions, and transitions
- Support monthly social content creation, including branded, GEO‑based, and promotional assets
- Create static and motion assets for digital advertising (Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn)
- Support production‑level design for digital ads, sales materials, and limited print assets
- Manage image and asset editing, sourcing, and organization
- Edit video content for external marketing initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with light social media management, including inbox monitoring, scheduling support, and collaboration management
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in digital and social media graphic design-portfolio required for consideration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut; After Effects experience for basic motion a plus
- Strong understanding of social‑first design, mobile‑first layouts, and short‑form video trends
- Experience designing digital ad creative (static and motion)
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones in a remote environment
- Familiarity with social and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, YouTube, GMB) preferred
- Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or multi‑brand environments is a strong plus
Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually
