Digital Graphic Designer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer for our client, who is looking for a designer with a strong, high‑end visual aesthetic.

This role is heavily production‑focused and will support digital campaigns, paid ads, and social content. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, fast, and comfortable executing a high volume of polished digital and video assets.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and produce digital ads and social media content across multiple platforms
• Create, edit, and manipulate short‑form video assets (including resizing, adapting, and repurposing creative)
• Support ongoing campaigns with quick turnaround times
• Collaborate with marketing partners to execute creative aligned with brand standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong digital focus
• Proven experience creating paid digital ads and social‑first creative
• Comfortable manipulating video content (CapCut experience strongly preferred)
• Very production‑oriented and execution‑driven
• Ability to design within a refined, high‑end visual framework
• Background in healthcare and/or luxury brands is a plus
• Ability to work remotely while aligning to Central Time business hours

• Fully remote role
• Central Time hours
• Compensation: $60k+ (flexible depending on experience)
• A portfolio is required to be considered — candidates without a portfolio will not be considered
