If you're fast, visually driven, and a proactive communicator, let's build something beautiful together. Key Responsibilities Product Development
- Execute product ideas for campervan accessories
- Prepare clear and well-documented data sheets
- Create clear product mockups or layout directions
- Manage development timelines and maintain product trackers
Factory & Supplier Coordination
- Communicate directly with Chinese factories via WeChat/email to request quotes, clarify specs, and follow up on sampling
- Handle supplier-side price negotiation (when sourcing agents are not used)
- Work closely with our sourcing agents to align on timelines, costs, and revisions
- Understand how to simplify English and technical descriptions for overseas suppliers
Packaging & Box Development
- Lead packaging concept development (boxes, tags, printed pouches, labels, instructions)
- Prepare specifications for size, materials, printing placement, and branding alignment
- Collaborate with sourcing and branding team for marketing and QC
RequirementsSkill/Experience
- Textile and soft goods product development
- Supplier communication (especially with Chinese factories)
- Data sheet creation and management
- Packaging and box design
- OEM development and sampling cycles
- Attention to detail in product specs
- Efficiency and time management
