About the Role

We’re seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to join the clients Digital Learning Talent Pool. You’ll lead the art direction for projects, ensuring all visual elements meet brand guidelines and project requirements. You’ll also design graphics and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee art direction for digital learning projects.
• Design graphics and select imagery aligned with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable design assets.
• Provide creative leadership and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in digital learning.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• SC Clearance - Desirable
