Senior UI Design Engineer
Salary: $160,000 - $220,000
100% Remote from the continental US excluding the Pacific Time Zone and New York state
About the Role
This role is for a Senior UI Designer with a strong software engineering background who will help define and elevate the visual quality of our software products. The ideal candidate has exceptional visual design instincts, a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, and the technical ability to build the tools, guidance, and reference implementations that enable an entire engineering organization to create consistent, high-quality user experiences.
This is a hands-on role that works closely with software engineers and product teams to establish the organization's design language, create practical design standards, develop themes and supporting tooling, and continuously improve the usability and visual consistency of our applications. Rather than designing individual screens in isolation, you will create the frameworks, guidance, and examples that help every engineer produce software that is intuitive, polished, and visually cohesive.
