Role DescriptionThe Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst role combines software development expertise with business analysis capabilities to deliver end-to-end digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for understanding business needs, translating requirements into technical specifications, and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.On the technical side, the role develops and maintains full-stack applications, including frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and database systems. It ensures system reliability, scalability, performance, and security while supporting integration across multiple platforms. The role participates in the full software development lifecycle, including system design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.On the business analysis side, the role collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define functional and non-functional specifications. It documents workflows, creates user stories, and ensures technical solutions align with business goals and user expectations.The position also supports data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation to identify opportunities for system improvement and business optimization. It participates in Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Collaboration with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders is essential to ensure high-quality, user-focused, and business-aligned solutions. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and adoption of best development practices.QualificationsStrong proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend and backend technologies, APIs, and database systems. Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications.Solid understanding of business analysis principles, including requirements gathering, process modeling, documentation of functional specifications, and user story creation.Knowledge of web application architecture, system integration, and RESTful API design. Experience with databases and data-driven application development.Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control systems, and Agile methodologies. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams and manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
