Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead improvements across a global direct-to-consumer Ecommerce and subscription platform built on Shopify.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, customer insight, and experimentation to enhance digital experiences and drive measurable business growth.
As Product Manager, you will take ownership of key areas of the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Working closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and customer experience, you will turn insights into impactful product enhancements and new capabilities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and taking responsibility for driving initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities Digital Product Development
- Work with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Technology teams to identify opportunities for product improvements and new functionality.
- Define requirements and prioritize initiatives within the product backlog to maximize customer experience and commercial performance.
- Coordinate the development, testing, and launch of new features within the ecommerce platform.
- Ensure the digital experience reflects the brand's visual identity and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
Data & Experimentation
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to establish clear success metrics for digital initiatives.
- Use insights and performance data to develop experimentation plans, A/B tests, and optimisation strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making and growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer experience to deliver improvements aligned with wider business objectives.
- Align digital product initiatives with campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal activity.
- Manage relationships with relevant external partners or agencies where required.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience working in ecommerce product management, digital optimisation, or experimentation roles.
- Extensive Shopify experience is essential for this role
- Experience working in a Subscription based Ecommerce business
- Strong understanding of Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
- Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to inform product decisions
- Knowledge of direct-to-consumer ecommerce strategies, particularly within premium consumer brands
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Someone who thrives in a fast paced and high growth Ecommerce business
Job Offer
- £70k - £80k
- 10% bonus

- The role will be perm but paid as a contractor through and umbrella company or your own business
