Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an E-Commerce Account Manager at MKTG EMAILS.

The E-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing and working with our client accounts, developing strategies to improve their Email/SMS marketing.

You'll be responsible for a group of clients, and working directly with the co-founders.

Qualifications

• Email/SMS marketing experience
• E-commerce Experience
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and technologies
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising
• Ability to work independently and remotely
