YOUR MISSION
To own and elevate the brand’s social media and influencer marketing programs, driving growth, engagement, and loyalty through creative storytelling, community building, and strong operational execution. You’ll lead platform strategy, content creation, and influencer campaigns while optimizing team workflows and reporting processes.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Develop and execute integrated social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to grow reach, engagement, and conversions
- Lead influencer outreach, negotiation, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Create and manage campaign briefs and UGC initiatives aligned with brand objectives
- Oversee the influencer team: set KPIs, provide support and training, and manage team workflows
- Establish and manage monthly goals, budgets, campaign calendars, and reporting frameworks
- Organize and maintain internal tools: Asana (task/project management), Drive (asset organization), and booking sheets
- Participate in key meetings, fill out weekly agendas, and conduct regular audits/reporting for leadership
- Support B2B marketing campaigns for retail and partnership channels
- Optimize content performance through SEO-friendly captions and data-driven strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and marketing) to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with DTC brands
- Platform Expertise: You’re proficient in managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms, with a deep understanding of their algorithms and best practices
- Content Creator: You have a knack for creating engaging, on-brand content, including captions, visuals, and videos
- Data-Driven: You’re skilled at analyzing social media metrics and using insights to optimize performance
- Community-Oriented: You’re passionate about building and nurturing online communities
- Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent English skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate ideas and strategies.
- Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio or examples of social media accounts you’ve managed, showcasing your ability to grow engagement and followers
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with sleep, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- A network of UGC creators or influencers
- Expertise in TikTok content creation and strategy
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with the brand voice, social media presence, and key stakeholders
60 Days: You’re developing and executing social media strategies, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
90 Days: You’ve started to see the impact of your work, with measurable growth in followers, engagement, and conversions.
