About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating and systematizing the Monad brand across our Layer 1 blockchain ecosystem. Your primary focus will be designing high-quality visuals and creating reusable systems that ensure brand consistency across multiple touchpoints, including web, events, merchandise, campaigns, presentations, and ecosystem programs. You will play a key role in translating complex technical ideas into clear, memorable graphics that resonate with diverse audiences. Collaboration with the Design, Content, and Ecosystem teams will be essential to ensure all visual assets align with Monad’s creative direction and standards. This position requires a blend of creative problem-solving, structured thinking, and the ability to develop scalable design systems that facilitate faster delivery and maintain brand integrity. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in brand and graphic design
• Portfolio demonstrating campaigns, events, merchandise, web/UI, and system thinking
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Strong typographic, composition, and layout skills
• Experience with motion design and animation techniques
• Operational skills including time management and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and outcome orientation
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Understanding of accessibility standards and ability to pass audits

Responsibilities

• Build, evolve, and maintain comprehensive brand systems, including templates, guidelines, components, and iconography
• Translate design briefs and Figma handoffs into production-ready assets with precision in typography, layout, and file management
• Create layered styleframes and files that anticipate motion for seamless animation integration
• Design multi-format campaigns across web, social media, email, and event collateral, ensuring consistency and responsiveness
• Define and maintain sub-brand frameworks for various ecosystem initiatives
• Develop partner enablement kits, including tooling, usage rules, and asset specifications to scale brand quality
• Collaborate with Design, Ecosystem, and Media teams on visual hierarchy and narrative consistency
• Establish clear workflows, including briefs, milestones, review checklists, and export standards to optimize project cycles
• Identify and address brand/UI inconsistencies proactively, leading refactors and improvements
• Ensure accessibility by default, including color contrast, legibility, and reduced-motion fallbacks, and pass relevant audits
• Monitor asset adoption and performance, iterating based on feedback and measurable outcomes
