Role Description

This is a contract role for a Social Media, Marketing, and Business Development Freelancer for More Than Flag and Rainbows CIC. Responsibilities will include developing and managing social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content, developing marketing campaigns, and identifying business opportunities. The freelancer will engage with the community, monitor trends, and report on campaign performance to drive growth and brand awareness for More Than Flags and Rainbows.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Platform Analytics
• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Brand Management
• Knowledge of Business Development, Client Relations, and Networking
• Demonstrable ability in Copywriting, Graphic Design, or Marketing Tools
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with LGBTQ+ communities and inclusive business practices is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant social media tools and analytics platforms
