SALARY:

Monthly rate of 1,300$ USD - 2,100$ USD (depends on experience and qualifications)

Our company sells tools for mechanics across Canada and the United States. You don't need to know about tools or cars to join our team!

We’re currently a small team of 10 people, and most of us are located in the Philippines, India, Colombia, and Panama.

TASKS:

• Email Marketing: Use Klaviyo to create compelling and high-converting email campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation, personalization, and targeting.
• E-commerce Content: Write product descriptions, category pages, and other web content that are both SEO-optimized and customer-focused.
• Digital Campaigns: Develop content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, ads, landing pages, and more.
• Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all communications, ensuring consistency across email, website, and social media platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to produce content that aligns with ongoing campaigns and product launches.
• Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to assess the performance of email campaigns and other content and optimize for better results.
• SEO Knowledge: Leverage basic SEO principles to write content that ranks well on search engines and supports organic growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting and digital marketing.
• Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and email marketing automation.
• Knowledgeable with SEO and how to write content that drives both conversions and search rankings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in e-commerce marketing is a plus, particularly in the tools, automotive, or related industries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating engaging and persuasive content.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), Google Docs, and basic HTML is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other performance tracking tools is a bonus.
