Freelance Senior Graphic Designer – Beauty Brand (Remote)

We’re on the lookout for a talented freelance graphic designer to join the Nalia Skin creative team on a flexible basis. If you have an eye for elevated aesthetics, a love for all things beauty, and the ability to turn briefs into scroll-stopping visuals, we’d love to hear from you.

Who We Are:

Nalia Skin is a modern skincare brand blending Cambodian botanicals with Australian innovation. Created by Cambodian-Australian beauty influencer, author, entrepreneur and self-love warrior Piyané, Nalia was inspired by Piyanés love for the 2 countries that make her who she is. We’re here to make skincare simple, sensory, and fun and we’re growing quickly. Our tone? Vibrant, tropical, and always rooted in purpose.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• EDM design (headers, modules, layout enhancements)
• Website assets (banners, promotional graphics, homepage visuals)
• Social media content (Instagram posts, stories, Reels covers)
• Meta ad creative (static, carousel, and video-based assets)
• Ad hoc graphic requests (launch graphics, event branding, etc.)
• Packaging design (understanding of packaging dye lines is essential.)

You’ll Be Perfect If You...

• Have a standout design portfolio that reflects personality, boldness, and boundary-pushing creativity
• Confident with short-form copywriting that complements your visuals
• Helping lead creative direction across Nalia Skin and upcoming sub-brands
• Take initiative - you don’t wait to be told, you pitch ideas and own your part in bringing our brand to life
• Are looking for opportunities to grow your portfolio
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Can work quickly and independently, but love collaborating on a shared vision
• Are responsive, reliable, and open to feedback
• Have an understanding of the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle space (preferred, not required)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 4+ years' of creative design experience
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong typography skills
