Product Designer
Job Description
Posted on: April 3, 2026
Location: Remote
Report to: CEO
Why this role matters
This is not a typical product design role. You will be the first designer at Nebuly — which means design is not a function here yet. You are building it.
Everything a customer, prospect, or partner sees is your remit. The product UI. The sales decks that close enterprise deals. The website. The ads. The one-pagers that land in a CIO's inbox. If it represents Nebuly externally, you own how it looks and feels.
This matters because we are building a new category — and in a new category, how you present yourself is how you define yourself. Design is not a layer on top of the product. It is part of the argument we are making to the market.
You shouldn't apply if you want to specialize. You should apply if you are energized by the idea of owning the entire visual and experiential surface of a fast-growing enterprise startup from day one.
You should apply if you:
- Have an almost unreasonable eye for quality — you notice what's off before anyone else does
- Can move fluidly between product UI, marketing collateral, and brand without losing coherence
- Are comfortable owning decisions in an environment where there is no design system yet and no one to hand things off to
- Want to work directly with a CEO who cares deeply about design and will be your closest collaborator
What you'll doProduct design
- Own the end-to-end design of the Nebuly product — from complex data visualizations and dashboards to onboarding flows and empty states
- Work closely with the PM and engineering team to translate feature specs into polished, production-ready UI
- Maintain and evolve the design system as the product grows
Sales & marketing enablement
- Design the sales decks, one-pagers, and battle cards the GTM team uses to close enterprise deals
- Build and maintain presentation templates that are easy for the sales team to use without breaking
- Support the marketing team on website updates, landing pages, and ad creatives
Brand & communications
- Ensure visual consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint — from the product to a LinkedIn post
- Help establish and document Nebuly's visual identity as the company scales
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning both product UI and marketing/brand work
- Exceptional Figma skills — you live in it
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in data-heavy or analytics contexts
- Strong sense of information hierarchy and data visualization — our product surfaces complex enterprise data and it needs to be immediately readable
- Ability to work fast, iterate on feedback, and ship — this is not a slow, consensus-driven environment
- Nice to have: experience with Framer for designing and building interactive websites and web experiences.
- Excellent English, written and spoken
What we offerFirst designer. You are not joining a design team. You are starting one. The decisions you make now will shape how Nebuly looks for years.
Direct CEO partnership. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO on product and brand. Your taste shapes everything that ships.
Real stakes. Our customers are companies like Vodafone, OURA, CNH running mission-critical AI agents. What you design matters, and you will feel it.
Competitive pay + equity. Top-of-market salary for a startup role, plus meaningful stock options in a fast-scaling company.
Remote-first and flexible. We care about results, not hours.
