Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who knows how to turn scrolls into stops — and brand moments into visual storytelling. You’ll be the design engine behind our visual identity, creating elevated, trend-aware content that captures attention and drives connection across all touchpoints.

This is not a drag-and-drop role. We’re looking for someone who understands the nuance of aesthetic, rhythm, and platform culture — and can bring Nerra’s brand world to life visually. This is a global role, responsible for all brand design — not just social content. From campaign visuals and product launches to packaging, presentations, and beyond, you’ll shape how Nerra shows up in the world, visually and consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Global Brand Design Ownership: Lead the design execution across all global brand touchpoints — including digital, physical, and experiential — ensuring cohesive, compelling visual storytelling that aligns with Nerra’s identity across regions and channels.
  • Campaign Development: Design key visuals and creative assets for global brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments — adapting them across markets and mediums while maintaining consistency and relevance.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Create high-quality design assets for social media, website, email, digital advertising, packaging, printed materials, retail, and events — tailoring output to channel needs, platform specifications, and audience behaviors.
  • Localization & Market Adaptation: Partner with cross-functional teams to adapt brand assets and campaigns for different cultural contexts and languages — ensuring visual resonance across global markets without compromising brand integrity.
  • Creative Innovation: Push the creative boundaries of Nerra’s visual identity — identifying opportunities for evolution in typography, layout, motion, and interaction, while staying rooted in brand strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, e-commerce, content, and regional teams to deliver design solutions that are strategically aligned, creatively excellent, and globally scalable.
  • Design Systems & Guidelines: Build, document, and maintain a comprehensive design system and brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of visual assets and design principles across global teams and partners.
  • Data-Informed Design: Collaborate with performance, growth, and product teams to analyze creative performance and iterate based on insights — especially across high-impact touchpoints like landing pages, ads, and conversion flows.
  • Creative Ops & Efficiency: Develop templates, reusable design components, and scalable workflows to increase speed, consistency, and quality across markets and teams.
  • Team Integration: Report to the Art Director and Creative Director, contributing proactively to the global creative vision with a strong point of view, attention to detail, and commitment to design excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in brand and graphic design, ideally within global consumer brands in beauty, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to design across a wide range of touchpoints — including social, digital, packaging, campaign assets, e-commerce, email, print, and retail — with a deep understanding of how design drives brand perception and performance.
  • Global mindset with experience creating work for international audiences — able to adapt creative for different cultural, linguistic, and regional contexts without diluting brand consistency.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases both static and motion design, across brand systems, campaigns, and platform-specific executions (e.g., web, social, retail, email, etc.).
  • Fluent in key design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, composition, color, and motion, with a clear understanding of how design systems scale across digital and physical applications.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to balance creativity with speed, iteration, and executional excellence.
  • Comfortable working under creative leadership while bringing your own strategic and aesthetic point of view — you know when to push boundaries and when to stay true to the core system.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-obsessed, with a strong sense of ownership over your work from concept to delivery — globally and locally.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, regional, and leadership teams, and receptive to feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • A designer who thinks beyond the pixel — you understand how visuals shape brand perception and customer experience, and you’re always looking for opportunities to make the brand feel more elevated, cohesive, and unforgettable.

Benefits Package

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
  • Fully remote position — work from anywhere.
  • Monthly wellness allowance.
  • Flexible Time off Policy and Company-wide Holidays (including winter break).
  • Health Insurance options including Medical, Dental, Vision.
